Picture taken 20 years ago I think in Ghardaia but I don't remember exactely - I think that it was a minaret in the old city.

Strange minaret, at least for Algeria!
Your POV is excelent with all those triangles and shadows and the well saturated blue sky. It has a very beautiful 'geometry'.
The film looks like having survived very well and the scan also looks good. Maybe a little bit of more exposure would be bad, but I am not sure.
