Photographer's Note

This view presents a street from the new urban pole called Hamla in the south-west part of Batna city in the eastern Algeria. This new pole has been planified since 2006. It presents (despite of its bad quality of planification) some beatiful aspects related on a new awarness from planifiers of the importance of returning on old urban forms as ancient streets. And otherwise, I see that we don't photograph enough new and contemporary architectural productions in algerian cities compared to colonial and traditional ones, without forgetting natural landscapes that are by far, the most photographed. For me, it is a way to experiment how to value such contemporary architectural buildings and public spaces that can present some qualities. Your criticsms are very welcome.
