Photographer’s Note
This picture was taken on January, on our first day in Algeria. We were heading to the Tadrart region, which is situated in the very south of Algeria, quite close to Libya and Akakus.
It was quite unusual to see this guidepost in the middle of nowhere. We had left Janet a few hours and were going to the Oued In Jerane, which is entrance of the Tadrart.
Mokhtar, whom you can see on the picture, was our cook and prepared us great lunches and diners.
On this picture, he seems to invite us to follow him to the Tadrart.

Belles photos .
