This is one of the most famous views from Algiers, so I couldn't resist to post it myself on TE :).
As fars as I know this stadium is called Omar Hammadi (of Bologhine). I took this photo from the hill on which Basilica of Our Lady of Africa (Notre Dame d'Afrique) is located

Très belle photo et joli contraste avec la mer ... Vous devez avoir un très bon zoom et un trépied pour qu'il n'y ait pas de flou, car le stade est quand même assez loin de Notre Dame d'Afrique ... Avez vous d'autres photos de régions d'Algerie ou juste Alger? n'oubliez pas de visiter mon site ça me ferait plaisir ... www.vitaminedz.com
