Photographer's Note

Hacklebarney State Park has been a location for my family to go since I can remember. My brothers and I would climb on the large rocks crossing the streams and rivers common to northern New Jersey. It was always a great location for picnics and day hikes.

The park is 465 acres located just outside of Chester, NJ. This is one of the streams that feeds The Black River located in the park. There are rock face walls, overlooks, picnic tables, small waterfalls and places to hike (both on paths and off the beaten path) located throughout.

Comments and workshops welcome.
