Photographer's Note
Amsterdam, Havensafari - Fabbrica Bruynzeel.

Amsterdam, Havensafari - Bruynzeel factory.
if you visit Amsterdam in September you can take part to the "Havensafari", a three-hour boat tour through the Nordzeekanaal and inside the port of Amsterdam, along shipyards, old factories, refineries, energy plants, etc. it's an interesting tour because it shows places that are ordinarily close to the public and are part of the industrial heritage of the port of Amsterdam.
this year's lunch break takes place in the old Bryunzeel factory (a dismissed kitchen factory), where some contemporary artists are showing their creations, like this artwork in epoxy and glass fiber by David Lindberg you see in the photo.

Quite beautiful, I think you created a work of art of the work of art. Love the light patterns in the background - are they part of the artwork?

Hi Cristina,
This is fine composition of light and abstraction. The lines and symmetry are perfectly placed and illuminated with precise beauty.

Hi Cris,
Haha.. You doing colors again. I was used to your splendid black and white and sepia tones. :) This one is great with black and dark background and nice color in the foreground. The hints of blue is very nice for this nice abstract artwork.
Have a nice day

Hello Cristina!
I like very much this composition. The geometrical collision of the lines, and their vivid colors makes an harmonious and shining pattern... No need to try to intellectualize it: it is direct beauty, immediate sensation. I really like this cascade of glamorous texture on the right: reflections,transparency... have combined in a sensuous golden lamé. Just excellent!
Congratulations!

Hi Cristina,
I fond myself more and more drawn to this kind of shots, with strong contrasts and games of light and focus. i don't really know what I'm looking at but I sure do like it!

Ciao Cris,
