Great SnapRJW 2014-01-12 21:40

Hello Karen - Your note illustrates exactly the experiences I enjoy about landscape photography; being out in the natural world and marveling at the wonder of it. I think your shot is lovely, finely produced and conveying much of what you speak about. Thank you for sharing your special moment. Warm regards Rosemary

Default To SnapRJW: wonderment

Hello Rosemary, thanks for the critique. Nature is what draws me to travel and the camera is a means to record the experience I have. I am not always as articulate as I would like to be. (I am introverted).
Many of the professional photographers now have free tutorials on their websites and I have learned a lot about photoshop and lightroom from them, especially Kevin McNeal and Darwin Wiggit.
One of the things about having the galleries of photos is that I can go back and see how I have progressed over the years. My first photo was critiqued by only one person but he gave me the most valuable advice, to use some kind of processing program. I didn't know about them back then.
I love TE....
Best regards,

Karen
