Great Kamilutka 2014-01-09 2:10

Hello Gert,
I enjoyed you interesting note as much as the photo. And even if despite American nickname the village looks still very much Arabian. The oasis in the foreground is lovely, especially with some animals (what are they?) in the corner - it creates some kind of clash between nature and civilisation.
Great shot with excellent colors and composition.
Best regards

Default To Kamilutka: animals

Thank you Kamila,
The animals in the corner are camels, or rather one-humped dromedaries which are the most common in the Middle East, South Asia and North Africa. The furry bactrian two-humped camels are usually found in Central and Northern Asia.
Best wishes,
