i shooted a villager of bodrum and the decision maker made the decision that she is from my family..

i explained that she is a villager and i and my family are from city and he did not beleive in me..

she liked me and smiled at me :-) is this the reason of being relative..

then why they published the other bodrum people..

Hi Efser, the picture has been reinstated. It took a bit longer than usual to discuss the situation amongst the mods due to the holidays.
By way of explanation - the Google translation of the note suggested that the photo was of a neighbour of yours but your review request clarified the actual situation. Hopefully everything is OK now.

Default neighbour?

Hi...
Photos of neighbours are not allowed now??? I thought only friends and family members...
Happy new year!
L.

By the way, a member posted a picture some days before new year, with a note saying that it is his little sister... that one is still there... ;D

There is a "Report Button" for that purpose.

We can't see everything!

It's not an unreasonable assumption to make that a neighbour who poses for you is also a friend. That's all academic anyway as the image has been reinstated.

I see nothing has changed here and now you need the members help to report photos??????? what is your job please?
I guess you are 3 or 4 moderators, so there are about 3 pages of photos for each.
open the thumbnails, look for notes shorter than 40 character and read the notes of portraits I gues less than 20 per day, maybe you'll find your neighbour....
this cost each of you less than 15 minutes!

my two cents, better Kyat, from Bagan in Myanmar
Leo

Yes, of course Leo... We take a plane each morning, from Great-Britain, Holland, Australia, China etc... to meet each other somewhere, having first a cup of coffee with a doughnut and saying "you take the first twenty pictures of the day, you the second twenty" etc... And then we will meet again in 15 minutes and speak about what was wrong today... Ah! Some of us are on holidays for a few days, it's Christmas after all, an other have to work at night or maybe the whole Sunday and one is hill, or his wife is not well but he... "Leo is expecting that we do the job in 15 minutes so go on!"

You are so funny Leo!

Default moderating,counting

Glad you like my comment and call me funny!
I appreciate that!
less than 40 characters in the note.......
I reported now about 10 photos not within the TOS and it did last about 5 minutes to find them.some of them are here for more than 48 hours.
Dear moderators ,
I think christmas vacation is finished and you do not have to meet for breakfast in London or elsewhere to find these photos and discuss.

40characters = 40 characters and less is against the TOS!

This is your own made rule, why don`t you follow it???????????????

What is your problem to find this out?
Are you not able to count?
You live in differrent time zones ,so each of you has to view about 3 pages of photos per day and check the note.....

You are correct Leo. Nothing has changed. The 'Report' button has been available for as long as I can remember and was certainly there long before I took on the Moderator role. It is pleasing to see that some members do use it although it must be emphasised that reporting a possible problem doesn't automatically mean an image will be removed. For example we have seem images reported for notes of less than 40 characters when the note is actually much longer. Maybe the note isn't displaying properly to some members.
