Great CLODO 2012-04-29 2:29

Hi john

Back in the twenties with the live view of the city. I am amazed by the purple light on the pavement. The 2 persons on the image, and the plastic bucket do not seem to belong the the beginning of the XXth century.
regards
CLODO

Default To CLODO: Hello Claude,

Thank you for your very kind remarks about this picture.

This whole scene was indoors - inside the museum. The distant part was illuminated by daylight coming in through a big window but the area where I was standing was lit by artificial lights and some were blue/purple, high up in the roof of the museum and shining down on this reconstructed street scene.

The museum was quiet this day and the two people you see with the plastic bucket, a mop and cloths were cleaning and polishing the exhibits. Not really in keeping with 1920!

Kind Regards,

John.
