Hi Manoj,

What a wonderfully interesting note and what a fine moody picture with which to illustrate it!

I'm just wonderfing how long an exposure you needed for this one - probably a few seconds, I reckon. But you have caught the available light perfectly. The sky is beautiful and the reddish light on the castle ruins gives it a wonderfully eerie appearance well in keeping with its troubled history.

Perfect exposure and excellent detail and sharpness.

P.S. If you're really into night photography, you should have a look at the gallery of one of my favourites on TrekLens - Daniel Orimoloye - his night pictures (though mainly in cities like London) are absolutely stunning!

The exposure time was 20 seconds, never realised it was that long, but it was pretty dark when I took it. I am glad you like this.
Had a look at the link, very good. Thanks for that.
