username change

Hello,

I read in the TrekEarth FAQ that it was possible to request a one-time username change, by emailing questions@www.trekearth.com.

I did this last week, but the email bounced after 3 days (www.trekearth.com (1): Connection timed out). I then tried to address questions@trekearth.com. This email has not bounced, but I have not gotten a reply, and my username has not been changed.

I am wondering if there is a new email address I should be using, or if there is a better way to request a username change?

You are on the right forum to get that change...
I think that Paul, our Head Admin, will give you a reply as soon as possible.
