another memory!
yes, our winter this season is very mild as well.
as for the photo, love the large white streak of cloud in the sky, it adds so much interest to the overall look of the scene. the snow has a strong blue hue to it, very normal.
PS..what the heck is a Lorry?

To macjake: "Lorries"........... or "Trucks"?
Thank you again for your kind remarks. Pictures speak better than words, so you can see a picture (taken by myself!) on Wikipedia of some old lorries here! I think you call them "trucks" on your side of the Atlantic!  Actually, the word "truck" seems to be being used more and more here but, until fairly recently, "trucks" were generally railway wagons on railways. Have a great day, John.
