Great smarcell 2011-12-14 23:49

Hello Yves,

I like the diagonal crossing the imagge, here, with the two men at the two endpoints.
I was watching the Steve McCurry's (my favourite photographer !) web site recently, and he has a gallery that he entitled "solitude", where he collected imagges taken all over the world haracterized by the presence of a human figure in a wide space, either a landscape or a city or other environment. Maybe he has got inspiration from you !

Anyway you should collect them in a photo book, I think.

Default To smarcell: solitude

Hello Stefano,

Steve Mc Curry is also one of my favorite photographer. I enjoy the way he is using the colors in his portrait. At the opposite, I also like Michael Kenna with his B&W vision on longtime exposure landscape.
Coming back to my today post, I put it in TE because this shot was published in wide in a photo magazine. I was very happy of that, also because it is one of my favorite shot.
