Problem displaying info theme on posting photo

When I add the photo http://fr.trekearth.com/gallery/photo1330502.htm to my theme http://fr.trekearth.com/themes.php?thid=10326, Images by night, there is a message of abnormality on the page http://fr.trekearth.com/tasks/pub/add2theme.php : "failed to copy /var/www/html/te-vbdev/trekearth/images/photos/61755/misc/thid_10326.xml..."

The photo was indeed added to the theme.
But the addition in the theme does not appear on the page of the photo http://fr.trekearth.com/gallery/photo1330502.htm

The problem is maybe general.
