Nikon 1.8

Hello everybody.

I´m using today a Sony A500 with one of my favourite lenses - 50 1.8.
I will sale my Sony now, and update to Nikon D7000 hopefully.

But i do have a problem. The camera has no Image Stabilization, and so does not the lenses with 1.8 either. Or have i just missed it?

I guess i need a lens with Image Stabilization to take good pictures if i don´t use a stand. I rarely use a stand, so i believe it is very important for me with Image Stabilization. Am i right?
