Is canon g7 a good camera?

Hi guys!
This is Satheesh from India, I have a canon G7 and I have few issues with it. I wanna know it's capabilities, because over the past few months the images are kinda weired and blurry. Can anyone help me with this? Please.

Are you sure you use it correctly? did you read and understand the leaflet? Camera fallen on the ground? Change the cells?
