Have you seen it ? From now on when posting a shot, a note MUST be with the photo... You can read it on the page where you "load" your photo.
That's very good news, because in the past to many people posted without a note...

Counting words is a simple matter.
In the same manner that you cannot upload images bigger than 300 Kb why you administrator don't implement the same procedure to notes with less than 40 words.. or whatever...
