Hi Robert. I certainly enjoy it too! I really like this kind of ships and luckily there are still a few around (too few...). It's unfortunate that it costs so much to maintain them but it's nice to hear that they do take good care of this old iron lady (not Margaret!). Nice composition and you have the ship in her full glory on the picture. well done and thanks for sharing this beauty with us.

Thank you for taking time to make good note on this photo. I believe around 6 or 8 of this remain in the world with the metal hull. The flags you see are sponsored by various people, so they can fly their own flag. I learned that yesterday. Helps with costs. However the cost of this dry dock they say £1.5 million pounds She returns to Glasgow in three weeks aprox. Regards Robert
