Great batalay 2010-04-02 4:03

Hello Santo,

A superb composition with an artist's palette of colors neatly arranged before the brush begins to mix them. You clearly have a painterly eye (the Italian gene), but then you can take the Italian out of Italy, but you can't take the Italian out of the Italian!

Warm regards. (I could be in the position of this man, and I have been many times. Except that I wield the camera.) Yesterday in critiquing that superb B&W portrait you submitted of the poetry reader, I had lost track of my allotted number of daily critiques.

Bulent

Default To batalay: A credit to you, Thank you

Thank you Bulent, for your kind word on this one & on the previous one, also a sincere thanks for your warm greetings. I must confess that the placement of the eye was not purely instinctive but due to your influence, I had previously read your note, I think it must have been on the “Rembrandt's Rabbi” so again I thank you.
Regards
Santo
