Aputure-Gigtube

Has anybody seen and used this Aputure Gigtube? Here is the link

I see it as useful if my DSLR camera is propped on a tripod one foot from the ground. I can also use my camera above my head. I can use it like a point and shoot wit an articulating LCD.
