Hi Neyvan,
you took this building with its nice flowered balconies very well. I think its important for the people having a place to relax and to feel closer to nature and moreover when you're living in such a big city like Sao Paolo.

One note... the building is in the city of CAMPINAS... 100 km northwest from the city of SÃO PAULO. CAAMPINAShas around 1 million inhabitants and SÃO PAULO, I'm not sure, but certainly more than 10 millions!
