Hi Ben,

fish+plain rice...I think I've heard this before :))

There is a nice philippinian restaurant I can't remember the name. I had a tasteful meal on the banana leaves...memorable day.

Man, I miss your country...I was talking to a friend yesterday about the great time I spent there.

Thanks for the visit and words.

Abrašo,
Carlos

yeah, rice + fried fish (from the sea, much preferred)+ salad dressing made of native vinegar, sugar and soy sauce would be just fine! ako'y noypi!

when chance be there, i will be serving you the same when you come visit my place. the unfinished project is soon to be realized. on saturday, December 6th, family and friends will flock the place to 'celebrate' mom's 40th day of demise. my nephew promised to send me some shots from there. i am gonna share you some, if it's okey.

thanks for the visit.

See you, my friend!
