To Polonaise: augeian stables
refresh my greek mythology, but wasn't WATER a big factor in cleaning Augeias' stables? that's another story, another photo ;)) but i'm all for it. on a practical note: you know sketching, right? a line here, a line there, pencil harder in the middle... and... voila... that's Mayor Ben... :)) ecuadorians seem highly gifted with this kinda stuff. the dolls definitely resembled local newspaper characters. i hope, kristine will oblige one of these days. she has a few shots of those dolls BEFORE they were burnt ;) warm regards, kristaps
