Many thanks for the note, Brat. A new book that I am almost finished writing for the National Geographic, "Leonardo's Universe," conjoins the best of Renaissance art with the best of National Geographic photographs. One of the photos has a fisheye view of this staircase, but it is devoid of humanity. I agree with you that the presence of helps the composition, certainly the human interest aspect. I plan to keep an eye on your growing gallery.
