Hello Sabrina,
I like the idea, but I have some suggestions to improve it.
The last couple of boxes are slightly out of focus. This is a bit disturbing. You should either focus all of them, or just one or two of them, and leave the others clearly out of focus. Otherwise it looks just like a mistake.
Then you should increase the contrast and saturate a bit the colors. You can do it with PS, but also underexposing a little when taking the picture.
Then you should correct the slightly leaning lines and make them parallel to the edge of the frame.
Then, personally, I think that the building in the background is a bit disturbing. Maybe choosing a different POV you could have made a cleaner picture. I hope you don't' mind for my suggestions. Sorry if I reply in english, but my written french is horrible...
Ciao Stefano

Sorry for not answering sooner (and don't worry I understand English!). Many thanks for your suggestions, I will try to apply them this week-end. The thing is that I try not to change my pictures too much (it's like cheating!). I'm just beginning in photography and I often realize that when I take a photo I always forget to think about this or that. It's quite difficult to think about the frame, time value, aperture value, ISO, etc. That's the reason why I make many mistakes! But I'm really interested in improving my level. Maybe one day, my photos will be better with few "defaults". But by that time, I still have to work very hard! Have a nice day! Sabrina. |
