By that weather I wouldn't let even my dog out...

Rain, cold, wind, altitude - one has to struggle not only with this bad conditions, but also with himself

I think it has something to do with us human, trying to find the limit of our endurance, capability and self. But nature has limit of what it does to us. It is us that sometimes, show no mercy, to ourselves.
I'm glad you wouldn't let your dog out in this weather Janos.Sometimes, weather like this, wants you to stay indoor and be close to your family, or your loved ones.
