Good Emiel_Skyfreak 2007-04-17 7:05

This photo shows well the architecture of the Cyclades, aswell as the Greek manner of building on the hills. For a photo from 1988 it's still pretty good..wow..that's almost 20 years ago even! Digitally you could have chosen to add a touch of contrast too it, and/or if you work in photoshop apply Filter : Despeckle on the sky, for example. That would do well for it's appearance. Nice compo!

Default To Emiel_Skyfreak: 20 years

Hi, thanks for critquing this, and reminding me how old I am :-). 20 years, can it be that long? I did apply quite a bit of despekle to the sky, and thought that it was acceptably smooth. 20 year old 200ASA print film is a poor starting point. Wish I'd known enough to use slide film. cheers, Steve

Hehe, yeah I can imagine it's a poor starting point..I'm only 22, just since two weeks..so the film is..well, just a bit younger than I am :-)

Anyhow, nice work. I'll have a look on your other works too.
