Good expression and I like the various shades of orange. Your composition is excellent as well.
Its better to set zero sharpening in camera and do your sharpening later in post processing so you can gauge the perfect amount of sharpening required for each image.
With white balance it doesn't really matter as you can change the WB to anything you want in the RAW conversion software. However I think its always better to get things right at the picture taking stage, it saves time later. Time that could be spent taking pictures instead of messing around on the computer.
