Uploading jpg's

I am trying to upload a jpg file. The error message says "Only Jpeg files allowed" I know the file is a jpg, I have also gone back and re-saved (Photoshop/Photo Impact and Photo Explorer) the site still will not allow for me to upload the image. Any suggestions?
