Hi Aleksandar,
here I made some post-processing in Adobe Photoshop CS2 and this is the result that I got.
First I crop the image a little bit in the bottom and used the Spot Healing Brush and Clone Stamp Tool to remove the head of the man in the bottom of the image. After that I have played a little with the Shadow/Highlight tool and Selective Color, I put more focus on the red, yellow and green color. After that with the Color Balance I have put the final color of the image. But, in the end I didn't get the blue-blue in the sky so I have put Hue just a little +2 or +3 and also Saturation the same level. But, this was not the end... because of all this and the small size and quality of the image I have made a Noise Reduction. And this was all.

It is about 5-10 min. work and interesting result. Tell me if you like it and how to make it better, because I am new in the post-processing of the images and still learning PS.

Hi Dragan.
You've done the workshop remarkably well.
That sunset is more pronounced and I also see the green building better.
