Firstly i think you have done yourself an injutice by limiting the selection to those in the portfolio. Is there a reason for this From the portfolio Portraits dsc_7083 *** must be included *** evictee *** must be included *** (i prefer colour version on TE) dsc_9439/dsc_9712 (either as both the same style) besame mucho Architecture dsc_0126 ***must be** dsc_6322 ** must be** dsc_8356 dsc_0763 Daily life dsc_1559 **must be** strides **must be** crotia27ors **must be** dsc_9555 But you have better post here on TE Portrait firewood Architecture nuclear reactor **must be** the light of day Joas Garage **must be** Daily Life Grain and Grins and she was in hutong #3 some i have marked **must be** these are the ones that really capture my attention and they also offer a wider range of techniques. I pick some of your shots that are on TE as thought they show a more diverse ability. Also "evictee"" i prefer the colour version on TE to the B&W in the portfolio. Hope This helps and doesn't confuse you even more. Gideon |

Best 4 anyway (the ones in that group I would REALY keep):
Evictee, Moving on, Loking the other way (the BEST!!!) and the old man and the horse. Otherwise I would kind of lok in your other groupings for the other 8, and they SHOULD include some more form the Huton! Jujst my 02 cents, Narayan. I'm rooting for yu, man, whatever it is you're shooting for... |

without any hesitation (in random order);
DSC_7083.jpg; good portrait DSC_0126.jpg; very good composition, absolutely a good architectural photo, because the object is known to most architects, it's hard to add the element of suprise, but you did. DSC_1573.jpg; culture, colour, composition, all are interesting, and adding up make it special. DSC_9700.jpg; the movement, and again the composition. good theme. croatia 270rs.jpg; not at first sight, but then the realisation of the symbol on the wall becomes bigger and bigger. important that you see these things and get a good photo out of it. DSC_4555.jpg; beautiful portrait, good use of the DOF with his work combined. strides.jpg; good compositon, not as easy as it looks. DSC_1559.jpg; a maybe, but the child is beautiful, so not a maybe afterall. DSC_5585.jpg; again a maybe, but the man is also too beautiful, so also not a maybe afterall. DSC_9439.jpg; not a maybe in a million years. Very impressive portrait, the body position, the eyes, if you had to comress your portfolio to one, for me this tell the most about your work. in general, all are clear and decisive about there theme, and technicaly good. I enjoyed looking at them. Hope this is some help to you, regards, David |
