I searched using "cat", but I didn't see any cats with a prey in their mouth. Was it a domestic cat, or a lion, etc. I'll have another look.

I thought it was something like a jaguar or a cheetah in the wild (which narrows it down to 2 or 3 continents, I know). Not a lion or tiger, but not domestic either. Something mid-sized. I think there was a tall brown grass behind, too.

Diana, thanks so much for your help - those were some good ones. Except that my memory is pretty off, since a hyena is not really a big cat, is it? (rolling eyes at self) Thanks again for all your help!! :o) |

LOL! ... and I thought I was the only one forgetting things. Glad you found what you were looking for, and I enjoyed helping you, even if wasn't a cat. I got to see lots of other nice photos, so it wasn't a waste of time. Everyone else in the house was still sleeping ... just me and my CAT awake. (Oh, and one Robin who is sitting on top of our tree singing his heart out - a lovely sound at sunrise).
