Hopefully someone can answer this query.

Ive just tried to upload a new photo in my personal profile. Although Ive deleted the existing photo, and sized up the new one correctly and given it a different file name the original photo keeps reappearing when I Upload. Could this be due to me already having uploaded a photo elswhere on the site today and the 1 photo per day limit??

The old photo is stored in your browser's cache. Empty it and everything will be fine. You'll see your new self where it should be... ;-)

Thanx, however heres my next question Whilst ive heard of the term, not sure if its in my profile through the website, or in my PC system itself??.

Try press F5, or better CTRL+F5. That will reload the page updating the information in it.
