you could have put the file on some free hosting server and then anyone could have downloaded it! I mean there are like a million of free host giving you space... If you can't find one I'll give you a couple:

I prefer to keep ot simple, many members lack knowledge about technical issues, like me, and email is simpler
but later on we will consider this option;

just for you to consider, many member do not even check the forum!!! neither their mails! or lack internet access for a long time;

things are not easy believe me;

Cesar is doing an incredible job in co-ordinating this project and we all owe him gratitude for the countless hours he is spending on it, as well as thanks to the other volunteers. Cesar is also having to painstakingly and patiently deal with many members like myself who lack much technical knowledge in even completing their questionnaires. Thanks from us all, Cesar.

many members are on vacation and do not have internet access, they are in remote parts of the world, and we have to take this into account,

and we are all learning a lot, we have to just figure out we have members all over the world, so different and so equal at the same time;

I can see your point Cesar. My suggestion was just to make your job easier cuz in my view it is not easier to send the same file to 200 people. I don't know maybe I use those web services too much and I am pretty comfortable with them. Anyway, if you ever need assistance using them simply give me a call. We all appreciate yours and the work of the other people involved in this project.
