please help

i am not a professional and though i successfully [osted my first picture a while ago after that i have been unable to post anymore.

i would like to know how to resize the photos in terms of pixels as cropping takes away the perspective of the picture.

also are there any free softwares available from the net which help in sharpening the picture???

Hi Udisha.

For the free software I would suggest you check out Picasa. It is free to download and has good editing features including sharpening. You can also resize your pictures when you export them.

Hi Udisha,
If you are willing to learn,Gimp is a great free replacement for Photoshop and much better than Picasa.
Google it and give it a try.
