Hi!
Welcome to TE!
Well done on this first entry!
I do a lot of night photography myself (see my gallery) and its hard to get the right moment. This is a very good attempt! The timing and setting is great! It seems slightly blurred which could be caused by either vibrations in the bridge you were standing on, or the camera shook slightly during the 15 seconds! I hope you have more night motion photos!
