I've been a huge fan of your work since I first discovered it. Photos like this exemplify why. Millions of people have no doubt seen this scene, but never have I seen a photo of it that looks quite so impressive. Your exposure captures the radiant light as well as the dark black shadows of the terraces that carve a web through the fields. Excellent composition and what an eye. Great work!!

Thank you very much for your kind words. As I kept saying, most of my pictures are the result of lucky chances. Had you been there with me, I sincerely think that your achievements are better than what I brought home and shared. Look through your album, I discovered that I should learn from you about the careful post-processing. I came to Memphis many times a year. I wish I could make further East to meet you. If you change your directions and heading Asia, I have no doubt that you will be surprised of how much you have missed just because arriving China, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam too late... Do you have any such plan? Best Regards, Thanh |

You're too kind, and too modest. If you ever come through Nashville send me a note so we can meet up.
No immediate plans to go back to SEA, but it's been three years, so I'm yearning to go. |
