Possible technical problems with TE

This morning, I am having problems to send a critique, I got a few time

invalid query

I got the same answer when I tried to have access to the forum.

Another tiime I got a page advising me the site is unavaillable to try later.

I happened between 0730 and 0750 Montreal time.

Hopefully the techical team will correct the situation when the office will start around 0900 west coast time.
