Hacked account

Hi,
I have recently encountered this problem, where I am unable to log in to my account, which is this one: http://www.trekearth.com/members/Serpentina/
As you can see, I had to register anouther account just to post this message. Basically, it keeps telling me, that my pass is incorrect, and when i try to ask for a reminder, it rejects all my email addresses. Ok, to be fair, I am not entirely sure which one I used to sign up, but I only have four and none of them is being recognized. There is no other way, e.g., a secret question or anything else, how they could remind you of your email address as well.
Another strange thing is, that before this happened, for about two-three days,I was unable to open TrekEarth altogether,as my antivirus kept flashing, that a virus has been caught and the loading of page aborted. I am not exactly an IT whizz, but i was wondering, whether there was a possibility, that my account has been hacked. I tried emailing questions@trekearth.com, but have not heard back and could not finf any other relevant help on the website.

Can anyone help?
