I don't use Fotopedia so viewing its scoring system made interesting reading. One thing that stood out for me was the fact that the critiquer loses points themself if they post a negative critique - if I'm reading things right.
Doesn't that just encourage what is seen on so many sites - mutual admiration societies who simply give good 'critiques' (often little more than very short comments) in order to get others to do the same back? |

Isn't that just what this site is? I mean, I see many poor and bland images with 50 or, 100+ points here. It lacks credibility, defies logic, and defeats the purpose of photography.
