hi, i have an enquiry regarding the icons that seen on the right side of user id,such as,gold star critiquer,and there also displayed c.. w... n... some points are put beside them,how it happens? i could not understand how i allready been a silver note writer plz help me to let me know this process.

From the FAQ, chapter 9:

What do the gold or silver icons next to a member name mean?
The gold or silver icons denote a highly rated member. These icons may be combined.

Gold Star Critiquer / Silver Star Critiquer Gold/Silver Star Critiquer
Gold Workshop Editor / Silver Workshop Editor Gold/Silver Workshop Editor
Gold Note Writer / Silver Note Writer Gold/Silver Note Writer

Each time a member marks a fellow member's critique/workshop/note as Useful, the member receives one point. If the total Useful points received are 50 or higher, the member is designated a corresponding Gold icon.

If the points are 10 or higher, a member is designated a corresponding Silver icon.
