Useful notes in posting pictures

In TE new version Three words in the member notes are enough to rate useful or not.
In the beta version three lines opened the possibility to rate the notes,
Could you please correct the new version ?

Ça fonctionne de la même façon que sur l'ancien TE, je crois.
Si tu reviens sur la même photo (avec la note courte), tu vas voir que ça ne retiens pas, elle n'aura probablement pas gardé la marque.

it's impossible to rate the photographer notes on the right : Useful, because there is not enough lines
In new TE version

It's possible to rate the notes and that is not normal; more lines are necessary for rating.
