A propos de "spying"... maybe soon there will be a videoconferencing feature on TE

I have still been trying to figure out all the features of the new Forum! Some of them still make me confused. I try different options to see how they work..

Another quick way to see a few at once is by the green "light" (dot) beside the name here at the forums:

If the dot is blue, the member is off line:

If you put the mouse pointer over that dot, you see that information by words also.

Yes, very few - for members (but this is a weekend, so I guess many may just be absent...)
And I am really curious to know who are the "guests"... are they those members who are in the invisible or offline mode? Or are they just curious Internet users who are looking for photos on the Net?

Many guests anyway.
But that at 18:00 was still 17:00 here in Portugal, 16:00 in Cape Verde, and even earlier for the members of the Americas (09:00 AM in California). It's Saturday, maybe many members are enjoying the weekend and perhaps taking photos to post in the evening.
Myself, I'm out of home with my children; I took them to an organized playing activity and this location offer computers with internet for the parents (for playing also?...) while waiting for the children.

I'm not at home and when I accessed TE at this public location, firstly I didn't log in, therefore I was one of those guests.

That's what I thought, Francisco
that some of those "guests" may be just TE members who are simply not logged in.
I myself sometimes come to TE via my cell phone through a tiny browser (Opera mini) while travelling about the city to work or back home from work.
but I do not log on to TE - is not convenient to critique or reply to messages via a cell phone
