the old version of ET in http://beta.trekearth.com/. is much better the old version.

Yes, mass paranoia.

It starts this way: People start setting fire to trash cans and overturning cars in the street. Supplies are hoarded, doors are barricaded, and the next thing you know, there is a plague of zombies.

All because of this site.

Actually, that sounds like fun. I've been waiting for the Apocalypse for YEARS now.

A little bit is mass paranoia... but on the other hand TE has been introducing small changes here and there... it was a pace that people was getting.., then TE changes the way people do things, the way the interact with the site, plus the way the site looks... too many changes all together...

In my line of work we constantly say, don't fix what is not broken... in that note, dont make something simple complicated. The new design achieves that.

I agree with Maya. I like the new design. It has a modern, sleek look to it and I haven't really noticed a negative change with regards to the ease of use. The thumbnails look better as well which is a big plus imo.
