Great loufah 2009-03-18 9:20

Wow, what beautiful colors you've captured here! Definitely one of the better scans I've seen, looks like you're doing something right! Would it be possible to provide some details for others on the scanning and post processing used? Cheers, Louise

Default To loufah: Scan & pp

To be honest I didn't do a huge amount! The scanner I used was a very cheap flatbed one and I just placed the original photo on the plate (and the photo itself was only taken with a cheap point-and-shoot).

Post-processing: I spent a little effort on Photoshop trying to clone out the marks from the scanner, and I then enhanced the colours (but only a littel - they were like this in real life). Finally I shaprepened a bit and then ran it through neatimage.

Belive me, I'm absolutely no expert in any of this, although it does help when you've got subject matter like I had!
