Hi Lisa
this is probably one of the best POV's you can get of this place....well, I've never been here lol, but its hard to imagine a better pov.
i like how the columns escalate in size and granduer as they come closer to the front, and the slant or curvature on the ground, as if we're in a bowl.

Thanks for your kind comments. There are hundreds of good POVs of this square because it is absolutely massive. You'd start foaming at the mouth if you saw the internal of that church on the right - the ceiling is like something out of a spaceship, see this photo by one of my favourite Neapolitan photographers: http://www.italiainfoto.com/gallery/...-27altare.html Unfortunately I can't find any of my own photos of it and can't work out what I've done with them. Next time I come here I'll bring a crate so I can stand on it and get a higher POV. When you see my next photo of the Piazza you'll understand why. Cheers Lisa
