Wonderfully nice photo! I like the focus and the colors.

Patricia, you have done a great work by stithching 2 photos thus presenting the double beauty of the place. There is a small deffect of double contour of hill top - probably from the stitching. Nevertheless the result is a masterpiece.

To edal: I've been fiddling with this over the past month,

I had a lot of trouble getting the colors to match. The one clear glich in the hillside is actually a clump of trees but I think I mnay have gotten color noise line from oversaturation. I've tried panostitch but can't seem to make it work for me; although I don't think I tried it with this one. I'm certainly open to helpful ideas - I think singuanti is the god of panoramas.
