My favorites and my contibution

Hi Viviane,
Here are my favorites, from your list:
"...I always make it a point to carry a camera with me at all times…I just shoot at what interests me at that moment."
– Elliott Erwitt

(Note that I left out "Nothing happens when you sit at home." because I even take photos at home!)
"The single most important component of a camera is the twelve inches behind it."
– Ansel Adams
"Which of my photographs is my favorite? The one I'm going to take tomorrow."
– Imogen Cunningham
"The best camera is the one that's with you."
- Chase Jarvis

And here is my contribution, adapted from the words of Claude Debussy about music:

"Photography is what happens in between shutter releases."
- Murat Tanyel

My favourite?

Henri Cartier-Bresson

His first quote. Although there is some truth in the first 10,000 photos being duds in his 2nd quote. Most of us take a while to hit our stride and learn from mistakes.
