can't understand

hello,
i have just uploaded a photo,at the manage page the following massage has been displayed,it had appeared before 2-3 weeks,but resolved for some time ,but today it raised again,: :confused:

failed to copy /var/www/html/te-vbdev/trekearth/rss/gallery/state/india/uttarakhand-pv.xml...

i want to know whether it is any fault at uploading process or any techical fault.
your kind response is eagerly awaiting.

What you report is not an upload error, it is a technical error we have with our server. We are still researching what is causing this bug. It might be a matter of time until we find the faulty lines causing this.
